Terms & Conditions
The rules for taking part in the Vootter community.
Last updated:1. About Vootter
Vootter (vootter.com) is currently operated by JS Vis FZ-LLC, based in the United Arab Emirates. Business correspondence address: Rakez. Contact: support@vootter.com.
Vootter lets people create listings (called assets), host challenges, vote and comment. These terms apply to using those services. Please read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data and cookies. Reading these terms or using the website does not, by itself, give consent to optional cookies.
2. Your account
Use accurate information and an account you are authorised to use. Keep access to your Google account secure. Do not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles or let someone misuse your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must have the legal capacity or any parent or guardian authorisation required by the law that applies to you. Paid packages must be purchased by someone legally able to enter into the contract. Do not submit another person’s personal information without an appropriate basis and authority.
3. Fair voting and rankings
Each account can vote for one asset per challenge. Do not use additional accounts, automation or coordinated deceptive activity to bypass the voting rules. Votes express participants’ preferences; rankings are not an independent certification, professional assessment or guarantee of quality.
Results can change as votes are added or invalid activity is reviewed. Selected date filters can produce different rankings. A removed asset may remain visible with its historical votes and a removal label. Moderators may investigate suspected manipulation and correct or remove invalid activity.
4. Listings, challenges, images and comments
You are responsible for the content you submit and for having permission to use images, logos, text and personal information. Do not post unlawful material, threats, harassment, defamatory claims, private information, scams, malicious links or material that infringes someone else’s rights.
You keep the rights you hold in your content. By submitting it, you give the operator a non-exclusive permission to store, resize, display and distribute it as needed to operate Vootter, including public challenge cards and sharing previews. This does not transfer ownership of your content.
Listings and challenges may be created by community members and are not necessarily authorised or endorsed by the people or businesses they describe. Verify information directly before making a purchase or relying on a listing. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; their services and policies are their own.
5. Moderation and reporting
We may review submissions, request changes, hide or remove content, or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or comply with law. Paying for hosting does not override moderation. Use the report option or contact support for copyright, ownership, inappropriate-content or account concerns. Include the page URL, an explanation and any supporting information. You can ask support to review a moderation decision.
6. Packages, payment and cancellation
The selected package, price, currency, included number of challenges and listed benefits are shown before payment. Payments are processed through PayPal. Bank or payment-provider currency-conversion charges may apply. A package does not guarantee votes, traffic, a particular ranking or approval of content.
A challenge can remain pending payment or review before voting is enabled. Contact support if payment succeeds but the service does not become available, or if you want to cancel or request a refund. Include the order reference and challenge URL; never send card credentials.
Any mandatory consumer cancellation, refund and service-quality rights under applicable law continue to apply. Where UK or EU distance-contract rights apply to a service purchase, a consumer will generally have a 14-day cancellation period from the contract date, subject to applicable exceptions. Merely paying does not waive those rights. Starting or completing a service during that period affects cancellation rights only where the required request, information and acknowledgements have been obtained. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Vootter available but interruptions, maintenance and errors can occur. Community content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or applicable statutory consumer rights.
8. Account closure and changes
You can request account closure through support. Retention of content and records is explained in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms as the service changes, showing the revision date and providing additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to an existing purchase.
9. Questions or disputes
Email support@vootter.com with the relevant page or order reference so we can investigate. Nothing here prevents you from using a regulator, court or other remedy available under the law that applies to you.
